Emergency contact

Seamless Communication

When a guest has approved an emergency contact, participating venues can notify that contact from the DrinkSmart+ venue POS or hub. The contact is notified immediately and can respond back, so staff know whether help is on the way.

The venue never has open access to personal contacts. This only works when the guest has set up and approved an emergency contact.
